Conforme à ce qui était attendu, tout s’est parfaitement déroulé de la prise en charge à la livraison.

Nous avons utilisé IntraGlobe pour notre déménagement Montréal (QC Canada) vers Hambourg (Allemagne). Nous avions fait faire plusieurs soumissions et nous avions essayé de trouver la meilleure compagnie, mais ce fut difficile de faire un choix car lorsque vous lisez les commentaires sur internet, il n'y en a pas une qui n'a pas de mauvais commentaires et à la fin je ne voulais plus déménager. [Nom retiré par Sirelo], d'Intraglobe, a été présent pour répondre à mes questions et assez patient. Nous avions décidé d'emballer nos choses nous-mêmes car je suis assez pointilleuse et mes nombreux déménagements m'ont appris comment faire pour éviter toute casse. IntraGlobe sous-traite avec IMS pour toute la logistique et le transport... Nous avons eu affaire à [Nom retiré par Sirelo] qui s'est chargé de tout le reste après l'acceptation de la soumission et je vous le recommande. Je lui ai partagé mes craintes concernant mon déménagement et il m'a assuré que tout se passerait bien et j'en doutais. Cependant, l'équipe de déménagement a été rapide pour récupérer toutes nos boites (ils n'avaient pratiquement rien d'autres à faire) et dans un délai de 7 semaines nous avons été livrés à Hambourg et nos boites sont arrivées impeccables.
Je recommande surtout [Nom retiré par Sirelo] qui a vraiment fait un super suivi par téléphone et email pour nous tenir au courant. La compagnie qui a reçu nos boites à Rotterdam a aussi été parfaite et [Nom retiré par Sirelo] nous faisait une mise à jour à chaque fois qu'il y avait du nouveau concernant le container.

Great packing / moving team, really cared about protecting our belongings

From the initial contact with [Name removed by Sirelo] to the final contact with [Name removed by Sirelo], everything was done with extreme professionalism. My belongings in France were packed with care and proficiency. Once they arrived in Canada and passed customs, they were unpacked with the same efficient attention. Everyone I was in contact with was polite, courteous and friendly. Questions were answered in a timely manner and I am very happy with the service provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to use IMS/IntraGlobe again should the need arise.

I received several estimates and contacted many for my overseas move. Intraglobe was one of the few companies that made it simple- not asking for complicated math and spreadsheets ages before the move, but they also provided rates which were well below some of the others I received. Once I was in touch with their team I got emails as a person, from a person which felt so much better! [Names removed by Sirelo] took care to help me the whole way. They went out of their way to book my pick up in a time that worked for me, since I was leaving the country in days. The movers arrived on time, they were clean, tidy, careful, and helpful. They provided copies of paperwork and tips on additional questions I may receive from customs.

My email correspondence while the shipment was in process was quite clear and helpful. I did get a bit confused at one point but once both the shipping and receiving side responded it was clear- I have never moved overseas so of course it was new to me! They were patient and my shipment arrived and they charged only a few Euros to bring the shipment up to my apartment.

What could have been a nightmare (from what I have read) was so clear and not that hard. They were amazing and I appreciated their work on all ends.Read more

Deuxième déménagement avec IMS (aussi appelé Britor ne nous y trompons pas ….) et deuxième énorme déception.
Cette fois ci nous découvrons après fait qu il y a des frais (pas moindre ) si on ne peut pas se rendre disponible dans les 5 jours suivants l arrivée du conteneur !
Qui lui arrive à une date indéterminée …

Bref nous vous le déconseillons pour une deuxième fois !
