Europack

I’d give them zero but their system won’t let me, of course. Terrible company out to get your money and keep using you as ATM machine. Run from their scam, we ended up paying twice what they originally quoted. Thieves

Excellent service
The service offered by Europack is excellent from the beginning (making contact) to the end. Visits for estimates (very precise), deliveries of boxes on the dates requested, punctuality and efficiency of the movers,… everything is there. This is our third international move with Europack, and I still recommend them with the same enthusiasm.

CAD 3000 for 6 little boxes seems a bit pricey.
I can't imagine what a whole house would cost.
They were friendly and responded quickly.

We moved from Vancouver to London last October. Europack and partner companies including Brytor International have done a great job for us. [names removed by Sirelo] were very helpful and answered all of our questions practically the same day. All household items were delivered neat and safe, there was no damage. Moving to Vancouver has often caused more damage than our move from Vancouver to London with Europack :) Thanks again, we will definitely ask Europack again to help us with our next move in the future. Highly recommend to anyone planning an international move.

I usually never give the maximum note. But it's the first time that the person on the other side of the phone is giving me so much advice, and so transparent about what is done, without trying to sell me something I don't need or want. Seriously, best customer service I got in decades. And that tells something.

I moved from Montreal, Canada to Konstanz, Germany. Everything went perfectly well. Europack was the sales point of contact in Montreal. Clemence from Europack answered all my phone calls and questions and took the time to explain me the procedure.
After the sales was confirmed, IMS logistics contacted me and arranged the furniture pickup by Bryton moving coming. Great guys for packing and pick up.
Finally they emailed me and continuously made me aware of the shipping date, when to expect a contact from Germany etc. The agent in Germany did a top job in making necessary documents preparation for German customs.
Everything was delivered in perfect condition at my home in Germany, and the delivery and unpacking was very professional.
Highly recommend.

L'équipe au départ a emballé consciencieusement toutes nos affaires et les meubles. Nous avons été tenus informés sur le départ du container par bateau, sa date d'arrivée. L'équipe administrative nous a très bien informée sur les démarches administratives. A l'arrivée, le bureau en France a pris le relais et l'équipe qui est venue était aussi performante qu'au départ avec le sourire du début à la fin. Merci à tous et si je recommande, c'est que je suis absolument satisfait de ce déménagement.

I moved from Canada Alberta to France, Paris. My commincation with Diego on where my items were being held. The one thing I was paranoid about was the current location of my items so Im glad to of found this company because Diego was commnicating with me everyday until my items arrived.
1 complaint I would say is the wait time, but as long as I knew where my items were I was happy!

Very communicative and helpful, took a little time for items to be shipped while waiting for enough parcels to justify the trip.

Bon suivi du dossier par le bureau. Les déménageurs ont fait un bon travail, rapide et efficace. Mes affaires devraient arriver en France entre 2 et 5 mois.

Terrible . Took advantage of me and my family . Way overcharged me and ignored any request for detailed charges . Would never recommend them
