We needed a trustworthy moving company to ship our belongings from Montreal to Germany and we decided us to go with Europacks. The contact was very professional: always on time and friendly, regardless the questions I asked. On the moving day, the packers came early and were extremely carefull with out boxes and fragile items (we shipped e.g., pictures, a monitor). I can only recommend this company as they have transparent pricing and professional employees.

I’d give them zero but their system won’t let me, of course. Terrible company out to get your money and keep using you as ATM machine. Run from their scam, we ended up paying twice what they originally quoted. Thieves

Excellent service
The service offered by Europack is excellent from the beginning (making contact) to the end. Visits for estimates (very precise), deliveries of boxes on the dates requested, punctuality and efficiency of the movers,… everything is there. This is our third international move with Europack, and I still recommend them with the same enthusiasm.

CAD 3000 for 6 little boxes seems a bit pricey.
I can't imagine what a whole house would cost.

We moved from Vancouver to London last October. Europack and partner companies including Brytor International have done a great job for us. [names removed by Sirelo] were very helpful and answered all of our questions practically the same day. All household items were delivered neat and safe, there was no damage. Moving to Vancouver has often caused more damage than our move from Vancouver to London with Europack :) Thanks again, we will definitely ask Europack again to help us with our next move in the future. Highly recommend to anyone planning an international move.

I usually never give the maximum note. But it's the first time that the person on the other side of the phone is giving me so much advice, and so transparent about what is done, without trying to sell me something I don't need or want. Seriously, best customer service I got in decades. And that tells something.
