Moving overseas at our stage in life is quite a project, but your door-to-door service gave us wonderful peace of mind.     I had a great experience with this moving company. They helped me move from Vancouver to Toronto, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.     I’m not usually one to spend time writing online reviews, but the team at Compass Relocation earned it. I recently handled a move from Calgary to Hong Kong, and I was expecting the usual stress, but they actually kept things organized.

    They moved a 3-bedroom townhouse for me using a 40-foot container, and the whole process was smooth. What stood out to me was their professionalism—they genuinely know what they’re doing. There were no surprises or hidden fees, and they were straightforward and transparent about everything, including the insurance policy.

    If you’re in the middle of a big move and just want the job done properly without the drama, save yourself the trouble and give them a call. They run a tight ship.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS – DO NOT TRUST COMPASS RELOCATION OR [Name removed by Sirelo].
    At first, Compass Relocation in Vancouver looked very professional. The owner, [Name removed by Sirelo] personally answered calls, warmly invited us to their office, showed us the warehouse, and gave us full confidence to hire them. Their customer service before payment was excellent, and even their reviews looked very high – which now makes me seriously question how many of those are genuine experiences.
    [Name removed by Sirelo] promised shipping would take 8–12 weeks from collection, with frequent sailings. But once they had our money, everything changed. Updates stopped. The promised tracking never came. Calls and emails went unanswered. We were left anxious, worried, and completely in the dark. The shipment only arrived 4 months later, far beyond the timeline, with none of his commitments kept.
    This company’s business practice is misleading, dishonest, and unprofessional. They lure you in with charm and promises, but once you pay, they disappear. Do not use Compass Relocation and do not trust [Name removed by Sirelo] – their business is a trap.Lire la suite

    Avoid at All Costs!

    We hired Compass Relocation to ship our items from Vancouver to Portugal, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Initially, we were promised an estimated shipping time of 10-12 weeks, but it ended up taking a staggering 26 weeks! To make matters worse, we were hit with additional fees (not customs, duty, or taxes) just to get our items shipped.

    The communication was abysmal throughout the entire process. We were constantly misled, given false information, and outright lied to. It was nearly impossible to get any straight answers or updates on our shipment status.

    This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Our experience with Compass Relocation has been nothing short of a disaster. We would NEVER use their services again and strongly urge others to avoid them at all costs.

    Very good company, good polite staff, and prompt reply to my request .
    Because when I was still in Hong Kong, and my shipment was expected to arrive,
    they sent me email to notify me first, so that I could quickly go back to Vancouver before the shipment EDA . [Name removed by Sirelo] always gave me a surprise prompt reply by phone but not by email, good !
