I rarely leave negative reviews, but after completing seven international relocations throughout my career, this has been by far the most disappointing experience I have encountered.
Because I have relocated internationally multiple times, I understand that unexpected issues can happen. My disappointment is not that problems occurred—it is how they were handled.
Throughout the claims process, I repeatedly requested documents relating to my own shipment, including inventories, handling records, and supporting documentation. Despite numerous follow-ups and escalations to senior management, these requests were consistently ignored or left unanswered.
What I found most frustrating was not receiving a decision I disagreed with—it was the complete lack of transparency. When a customer asks to review the documentation concerning their own belongings, the expectation is a professional, accountable, and transparent response. Instead, I was met with template replies, prolonged silence, and no meaningful engagement.
For a company entrusted with moving people's homes and personal belongings across continents, transparency and customer service should not end once a claim is opened.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to use their services, make sure you keep copies of every inventory, every document, every email, and every photograph from the very beginning, because obtaining information afterwards may prove far more difficult than it should be.Lire la suite

Nous avons utilisé IntraGlobe pour notre déménagement Montréal (QC Canada) vers Hambourg (Allemagne). Nous avions fait faire plusieurs soumissions et nous avions essayé de trouver la meilleure compagnie, mais ce fut difficile de faire un choix car lorsque vous lisez les commentaires sur internet, il n'y en a pas une qui n'a pas de mauvais commentaires et à la fin je ne voulais plus déménager. [Nom retiré par Sirelo], d'Intraglobe, a été présent pour répondre à mes questions et assez patient. Nous avions décidé d'emballer nos choses nous-mêmes car je suis assez pointilleuse et mes nombreux déménagements m'ont appris comment faire pour éviter toute casse. IntraGlobe sous-traite avec IMS pour toute la logistique et le transport... Nous avons eu affaire à [Nom retiré par Sirelo] qui s'est chargé de tout le reste après l'acceptation de la soumission et je vous le recommande. Je lui ai partagé mes craintes concernant mon déménagement et il m'a assuré que tout se passerait bien et j'en doutais. Cependant, l'équipe de déménagement a été rapide pour récupérer toutes nos boites (ils n'avaient pratiquement rien d'autres à faire) et dans un délai de 7 semaines nous avons été livrés à Hambourg et nos boites sont arrivées impeccables.
Je recommande surtout [Nom retiré par Sirelo] qui a vraiment fait un super suivi par téléphone et email pour nous tenir au courant. La compagnie qui a reçu nos boites à Rotterdam a aussi été parfaite et [Nom retiré par Sirelo] nous faisait une mise à jour à chaque fois qu'il y avait du nouveau concernant le container.

From the initial contact with [Name removed by Sirelo] to the final contact with [Name removed by Sirelo], everything was done with extreme professionalism. My belongings in France were packed with care and proficiency. Once they arrived in Canada and passed customs, they were unpacked with the same efficient attention. Everyone I was in contact with was polite, courteous and friendly. Questions were answered in a timely manner and I am very happy with the service provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to use IMS/IntraGlobe again should the need arise.
