All of our boxes and bins arrived opened and unsealed. This was done by Customs, but prior to this Orbit assured us they would ensure the boxes and bins would be re-sealed.

I moved my household things from Brampton, ON to Houston, Tx. The customer service is good. They were very responsive with all the questions I had. The price was good. I had received multiple quotes from different moving companies. The fee from Orbit was in the middle.

The move only took two weeks and everything arrived in good condition. I am happy with this company.

They were professional, always responding to questions rapidly with full details, Their moving cost was as quoted, pick up and delivery time were as we had asked and on time.

In a nutshell, Stay away from this company as they don't deliver what they promise and they charge way higher than other companies in the market who are at least cheaper and do much better service than Orbit (in Canada) and Berger Transfer Tampa (their tie up company in Tampa, US)

I had to move from Ontario, Canada to Tampa Florida and I decided to go with Orbit. They charge everything upfront before they deliver and after that their crew (I don't blame the crew as they were nice/polite though as they were told to do so by the incompetent Sales and Management Team - [name removed by Sirelo] from Orbit/[name removed by Sirelo] from Berger) just leave abruptly without assembling the big/heavier items that they packed it and then they throw you that your contract doesn't have that crap. I have paid 10k and in return I receive broken items, missing items and unprofessional service with total dishonest justification upon asking why the crew left without even taking my sign. Unfortunately, I have decided to go with Orbit International Moving Logistics LTD company when I was getting much cheaper quotes from others. Please do yourself a favor and look for some other company and don't go with their Sales pitch during initial conversations that you will have. I hope atleast I get the insurance claim that I am going to file for.Read more

Although I moved a month ago, my furniture has not yet left Canada and I do not know when it will arrive at my new home. I have been informed that there are hold ups in Canada.

Unbelievable customer service by [name removed by Sirelo] and the moving team. Very professionally and my stuff arrived earlier than expected.

Estimate was increased after agreement was made due to company not reading shipping manifesto.
Cost increased again due to incorrect measurements being taken.
Terrible customer service.

Paper work for across border moving was made easy and Orbit very helpful in filling out paperwork. They wrapped my furniture well and swift delivery with unwrapping really impressed me
