They literally take your money to simply book an appointment for you.
So if you want to hold your spot (which they will make you believe is important as they are so busy) you do not get your money back.
Even if you don't sign anything.
We signed nothing but never received our deposit back.
So essentially you're paying for the manager to book your appointment and if you change your mind HE keeps that money, for what? Absolutely nothing because once that spot gets filled they still have your money.
Who runs a business like that? How is that ethical business practice? It's not.
That's why they have such a low review on the BBB. Which is literally why we decided to change companies due to complaints of other customers and honestly the high pressure sales was a bit off putting.
We ended up looking up the companies website in more depth, we decided to go with a different company that was A) more reputable and B) more professional.

ce when I questioned the policy, manager states they get a lot of business yet if you cancel you do not receive your deposit back therefore they take your money for absolutely no reason as it's not an issue of cancelling within 24 hours.
The manager threatened to call the police on me while I tried calmly speaking to him with my 3 children present.
Why did he threaten to call the police? Because he wouldn't pick up the phone or forward my calls to someone above (probably because he is the CEO), so I thought I would talk to him in person...at his public business location. Which isn't illegal..
This company is completely unprofessional.
The manager cannot manage his emotions, he sounds incredibly insecure, unstable and they have no problem tricking you into a deposit that you do not get back should you change your mind within less than 72 hours. Absolute coward and refuses to behave like a professional adult.
Don't use them unless you like to pay people to do literally nothing other than book an appointment for you and you believe it's worth almost $300. Then sure, use them.Read more
