Only 2 men on delivery to move our household and a grand piano and church organ.They worked hard but lacked even the most basic equipment.We had to help with the heavy stuff.Sadly we are finding damage to

Whas on Time price the best. And from the first contact till to the move every thing was correct. From management till packing and shipping in Canada perfect. And I was always informs for any change.Also in Switzerland was the hole process from the Harbor in Germany till the hole household cam to Switzerland. I would again choose the Focus moving ing Besten Dank

The company has been very supportive during my immigration to Ireland during the pandemic. However the only reason I am not giving a 10/10 was a poor packing job that seriously damaged a treasured antique. Of course the cheap items survived but not this treasure due to lack of security sturdy packing resulting in the top collapsing and deep gouges on intricate carving. No cardboard was even used, only bubble wrapping. Everything else was fantastic and they are following through on next steps to attempt to repair this treasure.
