Couldnt give a Zero so here it is. Charges me an extra $150 because the walk from elevator was a little longer than usual. They had 4 pieces of light furniture to move by hand. When delivery finally came made me pay by wire transfer instead of credit card as agreed. Broke furniture at delivery site. Now it seems they are up for sale. Price was inflated on furniture weight

Great communication, showed up on time, friendly staff, only 8 cause they just picked up the stuff and week see when we receive everything
