I had to relocate due to a sick family member in the USA. We had a very tight time line from the pick up date to the drop off date needed. [name removed by Sirelo] assured us the dates will work and not to stress. The week before the pick up [name removed by Sirelo] called us three times to go over the pick up details and to assure us everything will be fine and on time.

The day of the scheduled pick up the day went off exactly as promised without any issues. The delivery date was also respected we even had the option to be dropped off a day earlier if needed.

I usually do not take the time to write reviews but this move experience was worth it.

I hired Turnkey moving and storage again! The team of [names removed by Sirelo], led by [name removed by Sirelo] accomplished the move so smoothly that I had to give you an excellent review. [name removed by Sirelo] accompanied me through all the rooms where furniture needed to be moved to 4 different addresses. All the furniture was wrapped, the runners were laid to protect the floors and all the furniture, a large plant and 38 year old ficus benjamina were moved without a hitch to each address. I made the mistake of using another company in a move in 2019 and it was a nightmare. I am so relieved to have had them do this move, as moving is a somewhat stressful experience.

absolutely then worst experience of my life. we have moved many times over the years and i have to say these people grab your money and then leave you stranded. it took 5 weeks and multiple phone calls to get the stuff and they repeatedly, lied even up to today, when they promised delivery by 8 am and its 5 pm and they are still not here. they are shambolic. do not go anywhere near them.

Really had no issues. [Name removed by Sirelo] and his team were great and efficient. The shipment was estimated at 15000 lbs but the final weight was 13000 lbs. that’s exactly what I was charged for.
I went into the Maryland office and paid the final invoice.
Only issue is they were about 45 mins late at the pick up but in all fairness it was due to heavy traffic.

I found the salesperson quite helpful and knowledgeable in the beginning and he even went out of his way to get complete details of my move which was a little bit complicated because of the circumstances – cross border move, death in the family and included the shipment of 3 vehicles. I did find their quotes were not as complete and detailed as the other ones I received, so you need to ensure that you understand their quote (ask questions and get clarification). During the process, the salesperson and I had a slight misunderstanding and I felt he was not quite as helpful and friendly afterwards. He did not even return my phone calls. The driver was quite good; it showed that he’s been doing this work for awhile and his packing skills were excellent.

Will not recommend because of the following:
- The discount I was suppose to get was not honored.
- Only 2 people showed up the day of the move (there were suppose to be 3), although more people showed up later. So, I had to pay an extra hour of packing.
- The week before the move, I was advised that they were only going to take 2 of the 3 vehicles they were suppose to move. I was advised that the 3rd vehicle was going to be moved at a certain date, then they postponed the date for the second time. This caused me thousands of dollars to change my covid tests, hotel and airline bookings which I had already made. At this point there was no choice for me and I unfortunately paid a lot more than I budgeted.Read more
