I found the salesperson quite helpful and knowledgeable in the beginning and he even went out of his way to get complete details of my move which was a little bit complicated because of the circumstances – cross border move, death in the family and included the shipment of 3 vehicles. I did find their quotes were not as complete and detailed as the other ones I received, so you need to ensure that you understand their quote (ask questions and get clarification). During the process, the salesperson and I had a slight misunderstanding and I felt he was not quite as helpful and friendly afterwards. He did not even return my phone calls. The driver was quite good; it showed that he’s been doing this work for awhile and his packing skills were excellent.
Will not recommend because of the following:
- The discount I was suppose to get was not honored.
- Only 2 people showed up the day of the move (there were suppose to be 3), although more people showed up later. So, I had to pay an extra hour of packing.
- The week before the move, I was advised that they were only going to take 2 of the 3 vehicles they were suppose to move. I was advised that the 3rd vehicle was going to be moved at a certain date, then they postponed the date for the second time. This caused me thousands of dollars to change my covid tests, hotel and airline bookings which I had already made.
