Terrible service. Ils n'ont pas débranché la batterie de mon véhicule lors du transport à travers l'océan. Résultat, ils m'ont livré un véhicule qui ne fonctionnait pas. Ca fait déjà une semaine que j'attend une réponse du département des réclamations. La responsable [nom retiré par Sirelo] ne répond pas à mes questions. Pendant ce temps je suis sans moyen de transport et je sais pas combien de temps ca va prendre car personne me répond. Ah oui, ils ont également grafigné mon dodge durango a plusieurs endroit lors du transport. NE RECOMMENDE PAS DU TOUT CETTE COMPAGNIE !!

The service, both at origin (packing) and destination were very professional and took extra diligence to protect China and all the furniture.

Excellent representative came to our home to do a detailed inventory and volume/cost estimate, office personnel was helpful with all questions, moving crew was efficient and courteous, and packed very well all our belongings. Overseas company took well care of paperwork and delivery and made it easy. All went well and shipment was received on exact schedule day beside a few hours delayed due to truck and road conditions. So far everything looks in good condition.

The packing experience was very unpleasant. The team that packed our goods were stroppy, totally inflexible, argued amongst themselves in front of us. refused to comply with the arrangement that was agreed with their General Manager.
