1) They took the money upfront but not delivered the items as we have discussed while making the booking. It was to be delivered on 22nd Dec '21 but still today (4th Jan '22) we have not received the items - every week they are saying it will be delivered next week
2) It was very hard to get them over the phone for these complaints (but for booking the order or charging the card/ bank account, they arevery prompt and nice to talk)
