I would have given a better rating because the initial evaluation and the actual movers who came to pack and take our things did a really great job. The reason I am only giving a 6 was because there was some frustration with the communication with our relocation coordinator. He was a bit hard to reach because of his office hours (from 7 am to 3 pm) and there was some confusion and stress that could have been avoided if he had kept us better informed and was easier to reach. Same problem with the coordinator in Sweden (which was I believe from another company, so I won't focus on that here). Overall, the move went well, our things arrived in the time range that was given to us, and everything seems to have made it in good condition.
They can be hard to reach once they have you as a client
They don't always tell you things you need to know ahead of time
