Awful.Incompetent. Mis sold us insurance who were equally awful and rude. Hidden costs of over $5000. Their agents in Portugal were just as bad. Much of our furniture was damaged. One piece was obviously damaged before it even shipped as it had been badly screwed back together and there was chewing gum stuck to it.Some is missing, including a leaf from our solid oak table which can now only seat 6 instead of 8 people. The insurance company did not pay for it and were incredibly unprofessional and derogatory about our furniture. I was appalled by the comments in response to our claim and when I asked for their complaints procedure was told they didn't have one. ( In the end we complained to our credit card company who did a charge back for our insurance premium). Guardian was unhelpful when we ran in to problems. They had no idea of where our container was and were 'surprised' when it arrived in Portugal, allegedly 3 weeks early.

There was one decent employee.
Expensive, unhelpful.
