    First off, final price was thousands of dollars higher than quoted, even after an inventory list was submitted.
    Then they told me I didn't need the documents which allowed no duties or customs on my property which I did need. Then a compressor was stolen from my items, which replacement value was almost exactly my deductible. Then I had yo harass the mexician company for the whereabouts and delivery dates with no help from orbit. (Very basic form letter and contact info so I would have to do the leg work of organizing delivery).

    [Name removed by Sirelo], who managed our move, was wonderful. We made a point of going to the office because I like to actually meet the people I am working with. The office had a good vibe. I immediately felt that I was not being hustled but was instead in safe and competent hands. Moving is a stressful affair and there are always unforeseen complications. We were moving from Canada to France.
    However, when they arose, [Name removed by Sirelo] was excellent in providing an understanding attitude (some of the issues were my own fault) and in providing viable solutions.

    All of our boxes and bins arrived opened and unsealed. This was done by Customs, but prior to this Orbit assured us they would ensure the boxes and bins would be re-sealed.

    I moved my household things from Brampton, ON to Houston, Tx. The customer service is good. They were very responsive with all the questions I had. The price was good. I had received multiple quotes from different moving companies. The fee from Orbit was in the middle.

    The move only took two weeks and everything arrived in good condition. I am happy with this company.
