    Very professional company with no surprises. I chose the cheapest option to save money and it did take quite a while (from September to February) to get here, but otherwise everything was perfect. I received status updates on any change or progress and even with the final delivery, I had minute by minute updates about when exactly it would arrive. This is my second time moving with Orbit and I would use them again or recommend them to anyone looking to make an international move.

    Friendly and able answer questions from the beginning of the process. The estimate was on target. Orbit did a clear inventory for the cross-border move and really helped with all customs documents to make the cross-border move smooth. The movers at the Toronto end packed carefully and numbered the boxes and then Orbit gave me a list with the basic contents based on those numbers. The person who did the survey passed on the management to someone else dealing with the cross-border move, but I was able to contact them both in the process. The NY end company was also very helpful in assembling and arranging furniture carefully though they spoke Spanish a bit better than English.
