The worst possible experience we could have had. After picking up our items on December 5 and clarifying multiple times with Globabl that the goods had to be delivered between Dec 27-30, and being assured that it was no problem, we had to call AMS Movers on December 31 to find out where our stuff was only to find the office was closed. On January 2 when we were finally able to get hold of someone, we were told our items had not left their facility in Canada due to 'holidays, bad weather, blown circuit breakers, truck breakdown etc etc' and then being screamed at by Bob (supposedly the owner of AMS) that it wasn't his fault and 'did I think I was the only person who had this problem'. We were also lied to by Global when I contacted them on December 31 and they told me our items were already on a truck and in the US only to find out on January 2 the truck hadn't even left. I would never, ever recommend either of these companies to anyone. Oh...and they insisted on full payment, up fr
ont, prior to moving the shipment. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.Lire la suite
