This is yet the worst company I have dealt with.
[name removed by Sirelo], owner and manager made several promises he could not back up in the end. He acted as if he was offering the best, most affordable and reliable service only to completely disappear when things did not turn out the way they promised.
I dropped off my truck at his premises on December 22nd. Secured a spot and paid all the shipping fees right on the spot. The agents dealing with my case had no clue where the documentation was and forgot to get paperwork for insurance. The place was messy, dirty and the employees seemes clueless as to what they were doing, A month later, they sent an email indicating i had not paid insurance, hence the shipment was delayed.
Weeks after, they indicated the shipment would arrive 3 months later, contrary to what I had agreed with [name removed by Sirelo], who after all these issues, completely abandoned the situation.
it is March 30th, and Worldcargo still does not respond to my e
mails regarding my shipment. I had to contact Hapag Lloyd myself to get information on arrival dates, only to find out the container is delayed by another month.
Stay away from this company and his crook owner. They offer a terrible service, are unreliable and cannot be trusted to look after your shipment.Read more
