WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I have done 5 international moves and 2 domestic moves with different moving companies, and this was by far the worst.
1. The company is difficult to communicate with, particularly the operations team. Miscommunication which could have easily been avoided left my family homeless for 5 days as we did not have our furniture at the intended dates of move in.
2. The movers were hired to do a full service move but instead installed our furniture with the handles on backwards on multiple of our drawers and then left us at lunchtime to have us unpack everything ourselves. They told us to put the boxes on a covered terrace and that we could call the company to come back and pick them up.
3. When we called the company they refused to come pick up the boxes stating that we didn't follow instructions and left them outside when we left them exactly where the company told us to in a covered space.
4. The additional charges for another company to pickup the 215 boxes is more than $200.
5. The operations and client service contact [Name removed by Sirelo] is unprofessional. Regardless of what the company states on their website it is clear that they are not directed towards client service. They have no empathy for the fact that moves are very stressful in general and they take no accountability for their shortcomings in terms of client service.
This company is a huge source of stress, not worth the costs and would not recommend to anyone.
