    I have had storage with Brytor for many years - I moved a lot of it from there to my new home last year. From the office staff to the furniture movers - the service was excellent, reliable, courteous. The price I was quoted was the price I paid!I'd definitely recommend them!

    Je ne pouvais pas mettre zéro étoile, sinon je l'aurais fait! En bref, ce déménagement (et nous avons bougé à plusieurs reprises) a été un cauchemar du début à la fin. Pour 3m2, nous avons payé 4000$ (qu'il a fallu régler intégralement avant même l'enlèvement de nos affaires). Une fois celles-ci prises en charge (le 12/06/2022), on nous a annoncé une date d'arrivée à Casablanca vers le 15/07. Mais ensuite, ZERO communication de la part de notre contact chez Brytor. Rien de rien... pas même un courriel de suivi.
    Vers le 20 juillet, n'ayant aucune nouvelle, nous avons envoyé plusieurs courriels restés sans réponse. En insistant, nous avons finalement eu, pour toute réponse, une capture d'écran avec un bordereau indiquant une date d'arrivée le 2 août. Le 10 août, toujours pas de nouvelles.... Encore une fois, plusieurs courriels de notre part, pour finalement apprendre que nos affaires n'arriveraient que le 2 septembre (donc erreur ou mensonge lors du précédent message, nous ne le saurons jamais).
    Ensuite, le feuilleton ne s'est pas arrêté là, car nos affaires sont restées coincées à la douane de Casablanca pendant 3 semaines. En effet, personne à Montréal ne nous a prévenu que le Maroc exigeait un formulaire spécifique afin d'éviter de payer des droits de douane (nous avons fait des déménagements internationaux auparavant et cela ne nous avait jamais été demandé). IL me semble que c'est inacceptable de la part d'une société qui se dit spécialiste du déménagement international!!
    Bref, nous avons donc dû payer 1500$ de frais de douane + transport de Casablanca à Tanger, ALORS QUE nous avions payé pour l'option 'porte-à-porte'; mais encore une fois, la totalité de la somme ayant été réglée à Brytor Montréal, quel recours avions-nous une fois arrivés au Maroc. Car, cerise sur le gâteau, lorsque nous avons (forts mécontents) recontacté nos contacts de Montréal, ils n'ont rien trouvé de mieux que de nous dire que 1/ nous avions mal lu le contrat (!) et 2/ que l'on devait cesser de les harceler (!) sinon ils contacteraient la SQ (hahah, et pourquoi pas le FBI et Interpol !?)
    Bref, suivi et service plus que déplorable.

    Excellent and timely communications all events executed as scheduled. Everyone was very professional.
    We had over 200 boxes beside larger items that completely filled a 20' container. Our hipment was loaded on to trucks which unloaded in Halifax then loaded into a container to be shipped by ship and arrived in the UK Brytor warehouse to be loaded onto trucks to be delivered to our address.
    Everything arrived at our place in the UK undamaged and unscathed as per schedule/
    Highly recommend this organization and their subcontractors.

    I hired IMS Moving Network on May 2022 to move my furniture from Seattle to Vancouver, BC. While the sales representative and project manager were great and always helpful, I found the moving experience not satisfying. They rely on a bunch of subcontractors and the whole process becomes opaque. Especially, the one who took care of the move once the boarder was crossed. The company is called Brytor. They scratched my place while delivering my stuffs, the staff was unpleasant and they delivered a couple of items damaged. Things can happen but the claim has been going on for 6 weeks now and I've received no follow-up whatsoever. I do not recommend them.

    Brytor was prompt, efficient and professional from start to finish. They communicated clearly and quickly and informed us up front that their Manitoba rep is GLOBE MOVING AND STORAGE. This upfront info eliminated any surprises along the way. There was a glitch at Toronto customs entry and Brytor let me know right away and intervened to release our shipment. The Brytor rep met us at the final customs handover in Winnipeg with all documentation ready. Very smooth transition. Delivery was on time, friendly and again all documentation was correct. These guys know how to do it right!

    As part of my job internal transfer i have used Brytor to move goods from Bangalore(India) to Ottawa(Canada) . Packing was done by PMR( partner of Brytor in India) and all communications , customs clearance was taken care by Brytor along with unpacking and assembling of furniture in destination. The movement was very smooth and i have received all the goods without any damages expect one minor items was broken. Linda was the contact person for my relocation and she was very professional and easy to approach. Over all I am happy with Brytor movement and recommend to others .

    Excellent moving service. Managed all transportation and administration efficiently without involving me for details and formalities.     I have moved several times internationally but moving with Brytor from Canada (Vancouver) to Colombia (Medellin) was the worst experience ever.
    The cost was very high and got even higher once they started packing. The packing was totally unprofessional, they did not protect delicate items and we got lost many valuable glassware, ceramics, lamps and paintings that were destroyed. The compensation we received from the insurance did not cover 50% of the total cost.
    We used this company because one of their sales reps was very profesional and gave us a good estimate and very useful information. Once se signed the contract that person left and we were assigned another rep that was totally unprofessional. The pricing was super high, communication was imposible, quality of products for packing was very poor, and many of the individuals packing had no experience at all on international packing

    DO NOT FALL FOR CHEAP QUOTE.
    My experience was this: after receiving a quote for $2500 to move less than 5 cubic meters of items (send with picture – first mistake), we thought that would work to send the remaining items of a previous larger move (used a much better company). We have moved several times so expected a few extra costs.. so we paid the deposit and signed the SCAMMER online form it is very hard to read and you don’t get to print this, and it has ALL the clauses basically saying that if you sign this- your stuff is ours – so PLEASE SAVE yourself the time and money and go with another company.
    Soon after we were demanded to pay the rest of the money- so we did. BUT then they told us AFTER they moved it into THEIR warehouse that the cost would be DOUBLE _ YES DOUBLE!!
    So demanded another $2500 from us – because we added one bag – which we would have happily removed if they were up front and honest- but I a sure you realize by now that these are not that type of people or business. So, we request to cancel our order – as these are not must have items but ones we wanted to keep and send if we could for an appropriate price. Not $5000 for a of couple chairs, a rug and a picture. They KEEP OUR MONEY; they give my parents (we are already abroad) the number for the storage guy – their own employees KNOW THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! He tells my dad, who cannot drive to Vancouver till later on in the month that it is fine with him to store (FREE OF COST), but they will force them to pay the $900 to give back MY STUFF!!!!! And the only reason I probably got my stuff back was because I hired a lawyer. THEY NEED TO BE SUED!

    YOU READ THAT RIGHT, THEY QUOTED US - MOVED OUR STUFF TO VANCOUVER WITHOUT TELLING US IT WOULD BE DOUBLE THE AMOUNT – THEN CHARGED US EVEN MORE FOR CANCELING AND PICKING UP OUR OWN STUFF. Sick.


    This company needs to be neglected, refused and put in the trash where it belongs.

    The company failed to deliver in every possible way, resulting in hundreds of pounds of overpaid tax bills and damaged and missing property, and a 4 months delay. None of the advisors had any idea about tax resulting in them refusing to deliver my belongings without paying hundreds of pounds to HMRC that HMRC specifically said were not due. The company did not have the courtesy to notify my of the 4 month delay in arrival of the goods, requiring me to chase them on a weekly basis. The company then damaged and lost my belongings and refused to pay insurance, falsely claiming that I had signed a document that said I had received everything in good condition.

    They took all day to pack a small apartment, then left a cupboard of items behind and packed items I had stated several times were not to be packed. Then after paying by bank transfer, which is quite inconvenient, I have received emails requesting payment. Clearly a lack of communication within the company.
