The crew who came to pack was very efficient and polite. The one that delivered was also very polite, very understanding and helpful and went beyond what I expected.

Très bonne expérience avec Armstrong Moving. Toujours joignables en cas de questions, bon suivi et bonne communication. Proactifs pour éviter des éventuels frais portuaires. Personnel très courtois. Livraison de tous nos biens dans un laps de temps vraiment raisonnable.

Terrible experience. Three items of furniture arrived damaged. Armstrong refused to meet the cost of repair

The service was fine. A few things broke during the move, but nothing big, it is kind of expected during a move. On top of that, it was fast.
The negative point is that it was more expensive than initially estimated (15% more). And there was also some confusions during the payment in 2 steps that required me to double-check it.
