    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    We are fully licensed and insured. In the unlikely event that any of your belongings are lost or damaged due to mover negligence, they will be covered under our basic coverage policy, which provides compensation at a rate of 60 cents per pound based on the item lost or damaged.

    Miracle movers did a great job picking up our boxes and moving. Not only were they more economical than their competitors, they also delivered our boxes MUCH faster - many movers quoted between 7-14 days and Miracle Movers did it in 2 days (Granted, it was Montreal to Brooklyn, but still..) Ask for [Name removed by Sirelo] as your mover; he always had a smile on his face and was a joy to work with.
