Great price and fantastic service. We moved one large pallet, including framed artwork, and everything arrived unharmed after around 8 weeks. The pricing was transparent and affordable and the whole process including documentation was very easy with Ethic Move's help. We did the packaging ourselves and had the boxes picked up, they packaged the artwork for us. All costs were covered in the price we paid to Ethic Move, except for some more admin fees at the destination (about 10% of the total). Overall very happy, can recommend.

Throughout the process [Name removed by Sirelo] was always available and very helpful, and at the time the cost was very good, I shopped around around first and came back to Ethic, would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. The two pallets left Vancouver when it was stated in the BOL and they arrived in the UK at the ETA.

From pick up to personal collection of the goods, the team made sure by email that I received every piece of informations and that the process was going smoothly. Sorry to hear about that but the transit times of the cargo will not depend you on Ethic Move. There are a lot of factors explained delays in ETA (such as a bad weather, port congestion....). This info is provided by the maritime company if asked or knew the delay...
