Our overall experience dealing business with Ethic Move is excellent in the otherwise stressful process of moving overseas. We shipped one pallet of personal effects from Ottawa to Bulgaria. We packed and loaded the pallet ourselves. Criteria: (Price: 5 stars) The quoted price was fair and transparent. No attempts to sell you services that you do not need. (Communication: 5 stars) My phone calls were answered promptly. The emails sent during business hours were replied the same day. Proactively informed me when the ship sailed. (Care for the customers: 5 stars) For example the advice to prepay the Europe portion of transportation, which I confirmed saved me money (VAT tax), the hint to obtain and prepare in advance the documents needed to claim duty-free import as returning resident of Europe.
Based on my experience I strongly recommend using Ethic Move in your relocation.

Great price and fantastic service. We moved one large pallet, including framed artwork, and everything arrived unharmed after around 8 weeks. The pricing was transparent and affordable and the whole process including documentation was very easy with Ethic Move's help. We did the packaging ourselves and had the boxes picked up, they packaged the artwork for us. All costs were covered in the price we paid to Ethic Move, except for some more admin fees at the destination (about 10% of the total). Overall very happy, can recommend.

Throughout the process [Name removed by Sirelo] was always available and very helpful, and at the time the cost was very good, I shopped around around first and came back to Ethic, would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. The two pallets left Vancouver when it was stated in the BOL and they arrived in the UK at the ETA.
