Canada Moving was very responsive and the packing of our goods and loading onto the shipping container was flawless. The two men that packed our goods were very friendly and did a great job. The communication at the other end with the Italian broker was not always clear and ambiguous at times. The port charges and duties were sizable while our container was waiting to be released. Our ship arrived in Italy on Sept. 25, but did not clear Customs till Oct. 6 so we had to incur almost 1000 euros in storage fees. The men that delivered our goods and set up our furniture were amazing and so friendly. They helped us dismantle the old beds that were left by the previous owners and assembled the new bads. I can't thank them enough. Overall it was a good experience with the exception of the customs duties and storage fees.
