My experience with IMS was disastrous from beginning to end. Not only did they overcharge me for the work completed, but several items were damaged during the move, including a cooking stove that was less than two years old, and which was rendered completely unusable.
Even worse, the company refuses to compensate me fairly, despite the clear evidence I provided. They consistently ignore my emails and phone calls, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their clients.
To top it all off, they attempted to pressure me into signing a waiver of my rights in exchange for a laughable $150 settlement, on the condition that I remain silent about my experience with them. This is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful to consumers.
I strongly advise anyone looking for a stress-free move to avoid this company. Choose a moving company you can actually trust – IMS is clearly not one of them.

Do not use Brytor. We’ve had an abysmal experience with them moving from Vancouver Island to Durban. The promised delivery date has been delayed by 6 weeks, the communication and service has been atrocious. Avoid at all costs.

Cons: Miscommunication/lack of knowledge between the different teams within Byrtor on what paper work is required by Canadian customs. There were challenges getting the boxes through customs as Brytor failed to provide the correct paperwork for Canadian customs. Brytor should work on familiarizing themselves better with what documentation Canadian customs requires to allow the efficient receiving of goods.
