I am delighted with the service received so far. The person in the office in Ottawa was extremely helpful while I was still in Ottawa.

I had to ship some of my personal household effects to Singapore where I was moving to. Never having done this before, I had a lot of procedural questions. [Name removed by Sirelo] from Ethic Move was very helpful indeed. And provided clear, concise explanations and answers.

Throughout the shipping process - which was 6-weeks long as this was sent by sea freight - [Name removed by Sirelo] was following up periodically with updates. Upon arrival, the co-agents that Ethic Move had appointed were very efficient and they facilitated a smooth clearing of customs and a prompt delivery. Most importantly, most of the items arrived intact (only 1 item was light damaged but that due to improper packing and in no way caused by the shippers).

I feel that the pricing was reasonable as well.

All in all, I am very satisfied.

If you are having to move, I do recommend Ethic Move. It takes one big load off your shoulder, when you'd have many other things to take care of

[name removed by Sirelo] was quick in replying to the quote and came back with a competitive rate and fast shipping timeframe. He was able to adjust the fee and tailor to my specific needs. I needed reduced cost of shipping as my shipment didn't require any packing or door to door service for pickup and delivery. There was a surcharge after palletising the contents of my shipment as it couldn't be stacked as efficiently on the skids (1x1m) as was possible in storage (1x2m). I anticipated this would be the case, as [name removed by Sirelo] was transparent about this from the beginning. As long as you take this into consideration with your projected cost, this is not a major issue (at least not for me).
[name removed by Sirelo] guided me through the process well, explaining which paperwork to provide and updating me on next steps and the overall process. Also getting in touch with the handler on the receiving side, my experience was smooth and relatively effortless.
