Careless crew! broken our floor 3 different spots and when reported to the company, they denied to take any responsibility. Crew did not properly clean debris and packaging mess, and were running dolly inside the house carelessly even the areas without the floor runners.

Exceptional. My cargo arrived safely. Ms [Name removed by Sirelo] was of great help. She remained in contact with me at every step and answered all questions professionally and satisfactorily. I am happy with her help and with company’s assistance

Excellent service for the first part, our Canada Pick up. The Crew was super efficient, very clean and very fast. What was estimated for two days took 6 hours from start to finish. Couldnt have asked for more. The second part of the move will see our contents being shipped to the Uk and possibly going into storage, before being delivered and unpacked into our new home, so we are unable to send a review on that part of the move with The Moving Partnership, our Principle Company. I am expecting a similar flawless service as we did use Hamiltons, which is now part of this company, for our move to Canada in 2010.

We relocated from Tokyo to Denver. Asian Tigers handled the packing and relocation services in Japan. We were happy with their service and have used them multiple times between Asia and the US. Things fell off a cliff when Paramount TransportTion Systems took over when our shipment arrived in Oakland.

Paramount Transportation (PTS) sent only 4 people to do a job of 8-10. One of the 4 hardly did anything but complain the whole time. They didn’t have any tools to do assembly, and gave us some wild story about how they lost all their tools yesterday over a cliff at another job and then ended up ruining some of our tools as they struggled to put together the simplest of furniture.

In the end they left multiple pieces of furniture unassembled. I’ve attached those pictures here. They are:

Glass desk with steel bars (2)
Glass shelf with steel bars
Kids tables (2)
Queen sized bed frame
Outdoor patio chairs and table
Bike stand
Metal shelve


All of our crated items (mirror and artwork) have just been left sitting in our garage with no indication of who or when someone will come and uncrate these items.

One of the gentleman named [name removed by Sirelo] tricked my wife into signing the documentation by saying that they would return the following day (Saturday) and finish the assembly and basically left without doing anything or returning to complete the work.

I understand that times are tough in your industry but that is no excuse to send irresponsible partners to come do a half ass job. had an incredibly disappointing and incomplete day of delivery.

While this may be one your US partners, this reflects poorly and directly on Asian Tigers and frankly is a breach of contract.Lire la suite

Mediocre service provider (at best) - was assigned by corp. relocation. Definitely incapable of managing International moves - I had many moves cross Atlantic and in/out Europe before. They made blatant logistical errors and 'forgot' to share customs invoices resulting in about 7 weeks of delays incurring ~ $20K of excess costs. Instead of owning it & correcting the situation, they tried to come back to my employer for exceptional reimbursement (without asking me) and had an impolite, amateur 'Global Group Director' accuse me that I didn't do my part in calling their local agent, following up, seeking clarity on payments - which they are paid to do.

Such a frustrating experience that I am escalating them externally and to my employer (Kraft Heinz) to ensure no one else has to deal with this level of amateur service.
