Communication with moving co-ordinator has been very poor. My shipment seemed to go into a black hole. No details on shipping were provided. I have had to push and push to get any shipping details, such as landing date, likely delivery dates, etc. I moved from UK to Canada over 1 month ago and my shipment has still not set off. Maybe have my possessions in another 6 weeks!
Yes the sales rep formulated an email to you and unfortunately did not hit send immediately to which she apologized, as did I, and your reply was “No Worries”. Obviously you felt comfortable enough to entrust us with your belongings.
You had made the choice to move your items in the most economical manner which takes the longest transit time. We all went above and beyond to accommodate all of your questions, concerns and comments.
Your shipment also increased in size. This ultimately increased your cost which caused you share your dissatisfaction with the staff.
We are so very grateful that your shipment is now in transit and you will be reunited with your possessions shortly.
