The staff is pleasant and efficient. Information and communication are clear. From pick up to personal collection of the goods, the team made sure by email that I received every piece of informations and that the process was going smoothly. I definitely recommend Ethic Move for a good price and hassle free move.

The pallet was planned to arrive mid-June and delayed to Aug. We only got updates if we asked, no proactivity

Sorry to hear about that but the transit times of the cargo will not depend you on Ethic Move. There are a lot of factors explained delays in ETA (such as a bad weather, port congestion....). This info is provided by the maritime company if asked or knew the delay...

Questions were answered within a day. I was able to speak with the representative on the phone to answer questions and address concerns. I was given the option to drop off and pick up my belongings at the warehouse so I could save money. Tips and instructions were clear and helpful. My belongings were intact. Only waited 10 min at the warehouse in Antwerpen.

The representative was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The shipment arrived on time with no major issues. The only 'downside' was about the customs in France, we would have appreciated if the company provided more information on how to do it as it was much more complicated than what they told us. Other than that we do recommend.

I had a great experience with Ethic Move! Organising an international move on another continent can be quite overwhelming at first, thankfully Ethic Move were super helpful and patient with all my questions. They would always reply within the hour and were very clear answering my questions. My furniture all arrived in one piece and intact, in less than a month. They were also very understanding of my situation (student) and doing more things on my own we managed to find a good deal.
