The process started off very smoothly but after I paid I feel that the level of service declined. I was left to deal directly with their agency in Spain alone. I had to complete the same documentation multiple times. Documents were then provided with incorrect information on them. When I confirmed pick up in Spain they failed to tell me that Wednesday was a holiday after organizing a van and driving 2 hours to the pick up location. The Spanish agent charged me for delivery after multiple communications with you and them confirming I would pick up myself. They refused to refund

We recently used this company to send our stuff from Canada to Scotland and I couldn't be more happier with their services ,from the first time I call them the lady called [Name removed by Sirelo] which she was absolutely top class, helped me understand all the way from packing to shipment, and every time I needed a help with any questions she would respond as soon as possible, however the guys made it easy from us too. So %100 I recommend them, and if in the future I have to use the kind of service It will only be them.thanks to all the team.

I have no idea how it went as I just s ent furniture and memorabilia to Ireland to my daughter - it has not gone yet and I have no idea if it will be a good delivery or if anything is going to be damaged so I cannot comment yet.
Came on time to pack and did a good job
