I had the most terrible experience of my life with this company.
I chose a air shipping cause I was in a hurry to have my goods delivered from Canada to Italy before my summer vacation, and it was supposed to take from 5 to 7 days.
It had been TWO MONTHS and I still didn't receive my goods. They decided to move them through several airports in Europe instead of scheduling a direct flight to save money, which causes the initial delay.
Then once in Madrid, they discovered they didn't have a plane big enough to Rome for the container, so they sent it back to London where my goods have been split in two containers.
This is something that wasn't supposed to be done in the first place, something I wasn't even aware of, and even when I asked them if they were the ones taking this decision they never replied, giving the responsibility to the airline instead.
Fun - not so fun thing? They could have split them in Madrid before and they would have arrived to Rome already, but I assume that was too smart for them to plan.
My stuff were then supposed to be arrived in Milan at this point but guess what?
AN ENTIRE CONTAINER WENT MISSING. They needed more than a week to finally locate it, so at least it didn't get lost...
And the cherry on top? The airport charges were extremely high because of the first container that couldn't have been released by customs since the second one didn't arrive yet, and they even refused to pay that, after that the delay was completely their fault.
In all of these, their replies were always extremely evasive, often avoiding completely my questions.
These have been the most stressful months of my life, and I feel I completely wasted 10k CAD.
Yes, you read that well, 10k CAD, for a 0 stars service.

I had to ship 14 big boxes, 298kg in total, from Edmonton, Canada to Bucharest, Romania. Ocean Air Freight helped me do that and I got them fast and for a fair price. Many thanks to [Name removed by Sirelo] in particular for coming back from her day off and helping me get the shipping going.

I received a quote very quickly and they were easy to work with. Also our shipment was flown to our destination overnight.

My moving experience (which included several boxes traveling internationally) with Ocean-Air Freight Ltd. was excellent. The communication with the agent was efficient and timely. Additional inquires from my side, such as, changing the end airport/address were addressed with ease. They has many flexible offers such as pickup from an address or personal drop off at a terminal and insurance for the items. All in all a very enjoyable, inexpensive and easy experience.

A bit more communication regarding pick-up time would be great, especially considering very tight timeline, but eventually everything went great.

On the Canadian side, they did a good job of planning and setting up the move. However, they were not well informed and misinformed me as to what was happening on the UK side. This caused some problems and could have been alleviated in advance.
