143Now, I am in negotiation with Huli to reimburse me for the damaged items and they are being very difficult, saying that the insurance won't cover the damages, etc. They are so unprofessional and so sneaky, that even with photo proof of damage and knowing what happened and how my belongings were treated and the state in which they arrived, they are refusing to reimburse me what I'm owed.
